Delivery
All products are digital PDF documents. After your payment is confirmed, the file is sent to you on WhatsApp (or by email on request), normally within minutes and always within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped physically.
Previews
Every guide includes a free sample page. Please review it before purchasing — it is the best way to confirm the guide meets your expectations.
Refunds
Because study guides are digital goods that cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- You were charged but did not receive the file within 24 hours of payment;
- The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot supply a working copy;
- You received a different guide from the one you requested.
To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase with your payment details.
Lost files
If you lose your PDF, message us and we'll resend it free of charge.
